Our Process
Booking & Quotes: New & returning clients, start your project by visiting szn.group/booking to fill out our booking form! Once we connect, we’ll send you a quote and scope of work. Be sure to remember your selected branding package.
Strategy Call: We’ll have a strategy call to discuss your needs, wants, and ideas. This conversation will help us capture the true vision of your project. We’ll also discuss the scope of work, design requirements, and the expected turnaround time.
Drafts and Concepts: We will create initial drafts and concepts, illustrating various directions for your project. Depending on your branding package, rounds of revisions will refine the concepts presented.
Finalize: The moment of truth has arrived. Based on your feedback, we've refined your chosen concept, resulting in an outstanding design. With your approval, we'll put the finishing touches on it and prepare the design files for delivery. You’ll receive your completed graphics via email, Dropbox, or WeTransfer—whichever you prefer.
